To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
It's about caring professionals teaching life lessons, a fun and safe place where kids and teens can imagine and realize their potential, and about moments that matter. It's about a place to become.
Strategies and practices that the BGCKV and all Clubs use to promote the positive, healthy development of youth.
Our goal is to inspire our youth by being the place that they belong and where they can reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Our programs meet our kids where they are in learning, life, sports, and volunteering.

“After seven years as a Club kid, I still look forward to attending my Boys & Girls Club every single day. It’s where I can be myself and be celebrated for it, where I developed leadership when I once accepted just being a spectator, and where I was able to create a clear vision of what a consistent, caring adult actually looks like. Today, I no longer see the Club as a mere after-school refuge; I see it as a platform where I, as a role model, aim to lead the younger generation down the same path of love and acceptance that the Club illuminated for me.”
